St. Thomas police are asking residents to report any suspicious activity around mailboxes after mail was stolen last night.
About 75 mailboxes were pried open between 9:30 and 11 p.m. in the southeast area of the city.
Police say various types of mail was taken.
They are asking the public to be vigilant.
