Sarnia police returned Tuesday to what they're calling a crime scene in relation to the death of Jonathan Pike.
The Sarnia man's body was found in a wooded area off Tashmoo Avenue on March 25 and that's where the forensic identification unit and criminal investigation division are conducting a secondary search, seeking further evidence.
At the end of March, police seized a vehicle they believe is connected to the homicide of the 26-year-old.
Lambton OPP were involved in a pursuit with this vehicle and it was seized.
Police used a spike bar to end the chase. A 27-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man in the vehicle were arrested and are facing charges under the Criminal Code and Controlled Drugs and Substance Act. None of those charges are related to the homicide, police said.
Anyone with information is asked to call Det.Sgt. Dwayne Whelpley at 519-344-8861, extension 6151 or Sarnia Lambton Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
