The London Knights finish the series Sunday as the Pete's won Game 6 in the OHL final Sunday night in Peterborough.
Despite a late game rush of offense from the Knights, the Petes took Game 6, 2-1.
Knights netminder, Owen Willmore stopped 34 shots, while Petes goalie, Michael Simpson turned away 36 London shots.
Simpson was awarded the Wayne Gretzy 99 Trophy for the OHL Playoffs Most Valuable Player.
This is the Petes first OHL Championship since 2006 when the swept the Knights.
