A 44-year-old man has died following an incident at a property on Dorchester Road in the Municipality of Thames Centre.
Emergency crews were called for a report of an injured male trapped under farm machinery around 7:10 p.m. on Thursday.
Despite best efforts, Reini Simonis of Thames Centre was pronounced dead at the scene.
OPP are conducting a death investigation following the incident.
A post mortem was scheduled for Friday.
