London police and fire officials are investigating a blaze at a townhouse complex in the northeast part of the city.
Emergency crews were called to at 1159 Huron Street around 11:15 Sunday morning.
No was was inside the unit at the time of the blaze and there are no injuries.
Several units surrounding the fire had to be evacuated as a precaution.
Officials feel that the fire started in a couch and may have been smouldering for some time.
Damage is pegged at over $100,000.
