London fire officials are investigating an early morning blaze in the city's east end.
Emergency crews were called to a four-plex at 1903 Wavell Street just after 4 a.m. Friday.
All tenants had to be evacuated, but no one was hurt.
Damage is pegged between $40,000 and $60,000.
It's unclear how the fire started at this time, but it suspected that it may be electrical in nature.
