Grey County OPP were called to a structure fire on Grey Road 18 in the Municipality of Meaford around 10 a.m. on Friday.
The Inter-Township Fire and Chatsworth Fire Departments were called in to extinguish the blaze.
A workshop with an attached lean-to, housing a parked vehicle was damaged, but no injuries were reported.
The fire is believed to have started because of a block heater.
Grey Road 18 between Concession 4 and Concession 6 was closed for about an hour and a half for emergency responders to complete their work.
