Huron County OPP say a male has died following an accident on a Jamestown Rd. farm south of Bluevale.
Police, EMS and fire crews were called to the beef cattle farm just before 3:30 p.m. after a 911 call for assistance.
Emergency crews found an unresponsive male, and while first aid was provided, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say the man, who is the owner of the farm property, was working underneath the bucket of a skid steer when the bucket suddenly moved and pinned him between the bucket and frame of the machine.
The Ministry of Labour has been called in to continue the investigation.
The name of the deceased is expected to be released once next of kin has been notified.
