Two men were sent to hospital following a crash northwest of Strathroy, Ont. on Tuesday afternoon.

Middlesex County OPP were called to the two-vehicle crash at Kerwood Road and Mullifarry Drive shortly after 3 p.m.

A car that was southbound on Kerwood reportedly collided with a pickup truck that was westbound on Mullifarry, which is controlled by a stop sign.

Two adult males were transported to hospital with serious injuries as a result.

Police closed a section of both Kerwood Road and Mullifarry Drive for several hours as they investigated, but the roads have since reopened.

There is no word on the identities of the drivers involved.
