Could temperatures this week break records?
The heat and sunshine continues its push through the region this week.
The normal high for this time of year is closer to 12 C with a possibly record-breaking high of 28 C forecast for Thursday.
Friday and into Saturday are also expected to be very warm and sunny before a break on Sunday with possible showers and temperatures cooling into next week.

Thursday: Sunny. Wind becoming southwest 20 km/h gusting to 40 this morning. High 28. UV index 8 or very high.
Thursday Night: Clear. Low 9.
Friday: Sunny. High 27.
Saturday: Clearing. High 26.
Sunday: A mix of sun and cloud with 60 per cent chance of showers. High 24.
Monday: Cloudy with 60 per cent chance of showers. High 9.
Tuesday: A mix of sun and cloud with 30 per cent chance of showers. High 11.
