Police say a Tillsonburg man charged in a horse-and-buggy collision last November shouldn't have been driving.
Oxford OPP say 31-year-old Jacobo Kauenhoffen was suspended from diving and has been charged with two counts of dangerous operation causing bodily harm and careless driving.
The owner of the pickup truck, 30-year-old Jessica Kauenhoffen of Tillsonburg is charged with permitting an unlicensed person to drive.
A pickup truck hit a horse and buggy on County Road 13 on November 27th, sending the occupants -- aged 20 and 22 -- to hospital.
Both are set to appear in a Woodstock court at a later date.
