Firefighters spent hours trying to put down a major barn fire northeast of Parkhill on Tuesday evening.
Crews were called to Van Osch Farms - a North Middlesex beef operation on Adare Drive - shortly after 5:30 p.m. for a fire.
It continued to burn for several hours as firefighters tried to douse the large structure.
Crews from across the north end of the county, including Lucan, Ailsa Craig and Parkhill responded to the call.
There is no word yet on the number of cattle lost, the extent of the damage or the cause of the fire.
