A vehicle driven by a 15-year-old was stopped for speeding at 5 a.m. on Saturday.

OPP say the vehicle was travelling on Commissioners Road West in London when an officer observed the speeding vehicle and activated his radar. 

The vehicle was found to the travelling at 100 kilometers per hour in a 60 km/h zone.

OPP say it was discovered a 15-year-old boy was driving and he had a 14-year-old passenger.

The vehicle is registered to a parent of the driver.

The driver was charged with speeding and driving a vehicle with no licence.  

Both boys were delivered home to their parents by police. The vehicle was towed.
