All eastbound lanes of Highway 401 west of Woodstock have reopened after being closed Wednesday due to a collision and truck fire.
According to the OPP, three transport trucks collided on the highway just after 10:30 a.m., causing one to catch fire.
The three trucks were reportedly close behind a string of snow plows, but police remain unsure how the chain-reaction crash happened.
Two drivers suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospital as a precaution.
An unknown quantity of diesel and gasoline was spilled and the Ministry of the Environment was called in to assist with the clean-up.
Although there was snow falling in the area at the time, it's not immediately clear if weather contributed to the collision.
