Grey County OPP are investigating a fatal crash in Grey Highlands.
Shortly after 12:45 p.m., OPP were called to a head on crash on County Road 4.
A red Ford Escape and a blue Dodge truck were involved in the collision.
The driver of the Dodge was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver’s identity is being withheld pending next of kin notification.
A passenger in the truck has been air lifted to a Toronto hospital.
The driver of the Ford Escape was also air lifted to a Toronto hospital with serious injuries.
Police identified the truck driver as has been identified as Colin Benson, 67 of West Grey. The passenger, 69-year-old Larry Benson is in stable condition and the 20-year-old driver of the Ford Escape is also in stable condition.
