A 64-year-old Port Stanley woman faces charges after she struck a London police cruiser while driving.
At 3:45 p.m. on Sunday, a London police officer was sitting in a parked cruiser on Ferndale Avenue near Homeview Road when the cruiser was struck in the rear a passing motorist.
The officer got out of his cruiser to speak with the driver and determined that she was driving under the influence of alcohol.
As a result of the investigation, the woman was charged with impaired driving.
