London police have charged a 52-year-old man with robbery involving a threat following an incident at a Dollarama location.
Police say a lone man entered the Dollarama located at 11 Baseline Rd. E. on Saturday evening. He handed a cashier a note demanding money. No weapons were seen.
The man then fled on foot with an undisclosed sum.
A witness saw the man enter a vehicle a short distance away and alerted police.
Officers were able to locate the suspect and arrested him.
