London police say a 66-year-old woman who was hit by a car in northwest London on Sunday morning has died.
Officers were called to the scene around 8:15 a.m. for a serious collision involving a Mazda 3 and a pedestrian at Aldersbrook Road and Wonderland Road North.
Ardith Heller, of London, was transported to a local hospital following the crash, but police say she succumbed to her injuries late Sunday evening.
The female driver of the vehicle did not suffer any injuries in the collision.
Members of the London Police Service Traffic Management Unit continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the cause of this collision.
