South Bruce OPP are investigating several reports of Canada Post community mailboxes being pried open in the Kincardine area.
The incidents took place between March 3rd and March 6th.
The affected Canada Post locations are:
• Saugeen Street in Kincardine
• James Street in Kincardine
• Kingsway Street in Kincardine
• St. Albert Street in Kincardine
• Penetangore Row in Huron Township
• Boiler Beach Road in Huron Township
Police say it’s unclear what was taken, but residents who use one of the affected boxes should be aware that mail could be missing.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
