A 59-year-old man is in stable condition in hospital after being struck by a train Saturday night in London.
It happened about 6:45 p.m. at the tracks at Bathurst and Colborne Streets.
London police Const. Amy Phillipo says the warning arms and lights of the train were on at the time and the man was walking.
"I believe, he just wasn't paying attention," she says.
CN officials attended and police continue to investigate.
