London police say a 31-year-old man has been charged with impaired driving after a fatal collision at Highbury Avenue and Dundas Street on Thursday.
Scott Altiman, of Delaware, has been charged with two counts of impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death and two counts of impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm as well as two counts of criminal negligence causing death and two counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm.
The deceased have been identified as 46-year-old Jerry Pitre of London and 23-year-old Cody Andrews of New Hamburg.
Police say the accused remains in the hospital in serious condition and the other two injured individuals remain in the hospital in fair condition.
The police investigation is ongoing.
