Aylmer's Church of God Pastor Henry Hildebrandt has been convicted for violating the Reopening Ontario act.

It comes from an appearance at the world wide rally for freedom that was held in Victoria Park in January of this year.

Hildebrandt was fined $5,000 plus court costs.

London's head of municipal bylaw enforcement said in a statement that officers issued warnings in most interactions and opted for education opportunities.
