Two former Liberal cabinet ministers officially give up their seats at Queen's Park Thursday.

Former finance minister Dwight Duncan says he's taking a job as a strategic adviser with a Toronto-based firm and will be helping clients invest in Canada and abroad.

The other is former energy minister Chris Bentley who took the blame when the Liberals had to admit they'd found more documents on cancelled gas plants in Mississauga and Oakville.

Their departures mean Premier Kathleen Wynne will be facing byelections in the Windsor-Tecumseh and London ridings.
