Mother Nature is to thank for the early start at Boler Mountain.
The mountain is opening its doors to skiers and snowboarders Friday evening.
In past years, Boler Mountain started its season in mid-December, but due to the large quantities of snow that hit the London area, the staff has decided to open the park Friday.
This marks the first time in over 25 years Boler Mountain will open its doors in November.
