The bodies of two men were found early Saturday in London.
London police Const. Will Knelsen says foul play is not suspected in either death, but the major crime unit is investigating. A coroner is also assisting the police investigation.
Police were called to Blackfriars Bridge about 1 a.m. after citizens reported a body found under the bridge.
Police said the deceased was 19.
A friend of the 19-year-old, whose name has not been released, told CTV News, that he doesn't believe it was an accident.
"It's clearly a problem and unsafe to have the bridge separating downtown Richmond and people's homes. It's just a disaster waiting to happen," says Connor Swick.
"It was just pretty shocking to me because I live right down the road and the fact that I grew up with him, went to high school with him."
Swick says they attended high school in St. Thomas.
London police Const. Will Knelsen says the investigation continues. "We have ruled out foul play, but at the same time we're looking at all of the facts and trying to sort out what exactly did happen here."
The other death was a 63-year-old male, whose body was found about 3 a.m. on the railroad tracks near the Adelaide Street overpass, south of York Street.
It appears the man was struck by a train.
"We are still investigating the circumstances," Knelsen says.
Police would not provide other details.
"Whenever we discuss details, they are sensitive to families," Knelsen says
