Huron County OPP say two teenagers were injured after the horse-drawn buggy they were in was struck by a pickup truck on Sunday night.
Emergency crews were called to the crash on Lucknow Line between Belfast Road and Belgrave Road just after 11 p.m.
Police say an 18-year-old male driver from West Perth was southbound when he collided with the southbound buggy during poor weather conditions.
The pickup ended up in a ditch while the buggy remained on the road but sustained extensive damage.
There were three people in the buggy at the time of the crash and two 17-year-old males were transported to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening and minor injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
