A 66-year-old woman is set to go on trial this morning in connection to a collision outside the south London Costco which killed a young girl and her infant sister.

The tragic collision occurred on Friday, July 25, 2014 when a vehicle backed through the front doors of the store striking several people.

Among those struck were Danah McKinnon-Bozek and her two daughters. McKinnon-Bozek was eight months pregnant at the time.

Six-year-old Addison Hall passed away in hospital, as did her newborn sister Rhiannon Bozek, who was delivered by emergency caesarean section following the crash.

McKinnon-Bozek and her three-year-old daughter Miah Bozek were seriously injured in the crash.

Ruth Burger, 66, is facing two counts of criminal negligence causing death and two counts of criminal negligence causing bodily harm.

The trial is slated to last five days.
