GEORGIAN BAY TOWNSHIP, Ont. - Provincial police say all three people aboard a float plane that crashed in southern Georgian Bay are dead.
Sgt. Dave Rektor says the plane hit the water near Griffith Island off Grey County Thursday afternoon.
A marine unit, coast guard officials and other emergency responders were at the scene of the flipped plane.
Police aren't releasing the identities of the victims.
The Transportation Safety Board of Canada is sending investigators to the crash scene on Friday.
