A 43-year-old man was arrested after police say he assaulted another passenger while intoxicated on a Greyhound Bus traveling from Windsor.
Chatham-Kent OPP received a complaint of an intoxicated male, causing problems on a Greyhound Bus on Wednesday.
Upon further investigation, police say it was reported the male assaulted another passenger. The victim stated they did not wish to press any charges.
As a result, the 43-year-old male passenger was arrested and charged for being intoxicated in a public place.
OPP say the man was released from custody once he was sober.
