Police say a 65-year-old Woodstock man has died of the injuries he sustained in a crash a week ago.

Bryan Davis was riding his motorcycle eastbound on Parkinson Road when it collided with a westbound Chevrolet Impala at Finkle Street that had turned left into its path.

The collision happened just after 7 p.m. on Sept. 19, and Davis was ejected from his motorcycle, suffering life-threatening injuries.

The driver of the car, a 17-year-old Woodstock male, was not injuried. Damages are estimated at about $15,000.

Police say Davis succumbed to his injuries on Friday.

An investigation into the crash continues and no charges have been laid.
