As London police Chief Brad Duncan gets set for retirement, the London Police Services Board is looking for the public’s input on what characteristics his replacement should have.

The board will begin the interview process this month, but before they do, they want to hear from residents.

Londoners are asked to send their thoughts on the characteristics, competencies and skills the new chief should hold.

After over 35 years of service, Duncan will retire in May of next year.

Anyone looking to provide their thoughts can visit the London Police Service website.
