London police release images in New Year's Day robbery

Police in London are asking for public help to identify several males sought in connection with a robbery on New Year’s Day.

The incident happened shortly before 4 a.m. on January 1^st on Richmond Street north of York Street in London’s downtown.

Samater Ali, 22, has been charged with robbery in the case, and police are hoping to identify others who were in the area at the time.

Police say a 32-year-old London man was allegedly punched in the face, and then three other men began to assault him. The assault continued after he fell and he was then robbed.
