A four-year-old boy is dead following a farming accident in Southgate Township in Grey County.
OPP were called to a farm on Highway 89 around noon Saturday.
Police say a large farm tractor tire had fallen over, pinning the boy.
He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead.
An investigation is being conducted by he Coroner’s Office and the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch.
The investigation branch is involved as the death is a person under five.
The Farm Safety Board has also been notified.
A post mortem examination is scheduled for Sunday.
