London's second homicide victim of 2016 was laid to rest Thursday.
A funeral and candlelight vigil was held for Dakoda Martin, 21, who was fatally stabbed in Victoria Park on May 28.
There are reports Martin was coming to the assistance of a woman who was being physically abused by a man.
During the incident, Martin and a 32-year-old man were stabbed.
The other unidentified man was treated and released from hospital.
Martin died shortly after being transported to hospital.
London Police have charged Jeremy Reddick, 32, with second-degree murder and aggravated assault.
The investigation continues.
