On Sunday, family and friends of Jordan Moorehead placed a memorial for the man who was struuck and killed Monday evening.
"They all came down from Sault St. Marie, Manitoba, all across Ontario to be here today, and show our love for Jordan," says Christopher Moorehead, Jordan's brother.
Meanwhile, the driver involved in the fail-to-remain crash has contacted police.
Huron County OPP say the driver, whose name has not been released, has been identified and he has spoken to investigators.
The vehicle has also been inspected.
No charges have been laid at this time.
"We want answers, we want answers, it's not fair," says an emotional Heather Moorehead, Jordan's mother.
Moorehead died in hospital a day after he was struck by a westbound utility truck while walking west on Amberley Road, just east of Bluevale.
Family and friends say he had likely run out of gas and was walking home and his truck was reportedly found about eight kilometres from where the crash happened
