Enrollment at Fanshawe College continues to grow.
Full-time enrollment expanded in January with an overall increase of 6.5% compared to 2015.
First-year January enrolment grew by 15.1%, with first-year international registrations up 38.6% and first-year domestic registrations up 7.5% according to the school in a news release.
“There’s a definite buzz about Fanshawe,” says Tony Frost, executive director of the College’s Reputation and Brand Management department in the release.
“Much of this is due to the many new programs Fanshawe continues to launch that meet student and labour market needs,” it continued.
Ontario’s colleges set record enrollment levels in 2015 with a 2.4% increase in full-time enrollment over 2014.
More than 237,000 students enrolled in full-time programs at the province's 24 colleges, up from less than 232,000 in 2014.
