A deer is OK after getting trapped in a window well at the Regional Mental Health Care Centre in St. Thomas in the province's southwest.
Police say the animal fell into the nearly two-metre deep space outside the window Wednesday afternoon but couldn't get out.
A veterinarian and Ministry of Natural Resources officials arrived to sedate the deer and pull the animal out.
They freed the deer in a nearby wooded area.
