London police have laid charges in connection with a serious collision involving an SUV and a city transit bus last month.
Police say the SUV was travelling at a high rate of speed when it collided with the bus as it was making a turn at an intersection.
Twenty-five-year-old Philip Haynes, of London, is charged with dangerous driving and impaired driving offences.
