An appeal of a Suncor wind turbine project located approximately 40 kilometres north east of Sarnia is underway.
The Environmental Review Tribunal hearing is taking place this week.
The County of Lambton and Plympton-Wyoming are among the parties appealing the approval of Suncor's 46 turbine project in Plympton-Wyoming, Lambton Shores and Warwick Township.
Late last month the tribunal dismissed an appeal of NextEra Energy's 92-turbine project under construction in Lambton Shores and Warwick Township.
