A 55-year-old Sarnia woman is facing charges after she broke into someone’s house, and put their things up for sale in the front yard.

According to Sarnia police, the woman broke into the Devine Street home while the property was vacant, as the owner was in jail on unrelated charges.

On January 8, police were contacted after concerned neighbours saw the stolen property for sale in front of the otherwise empty home.

The woman now faces the charge of break and enter. She was held for a bail hearing and released with conditions.
