Oxford County OPP say the investigation into the case of an elderly woman found dead in Tillsonburg is complete.

Police identified the woman as 70-year-old Joan Baker on Monday.

An employee of Maple Lane Public School discovered the woman’s body Friday morning, as wind chill values hovered near -35 C.

Foul play is not suspected in her death.
