One person killed in two vehicle collision east of Thamesford

A collision in Oxford County has claimed one life and sent another to hospital.

On Tuesday, Dec. 10 at approximately 11:10 a.m., police say that a two vehicle collision occurred on Highway 2 in Zorra Township between 31st Line and 33nd Line.

One driver was transported to hospital with minor injuries, while the second was transported with injuries that proved fatal. A 63-year-old from London was pronounced deceased.

The investigation is ongoing, anyone with information is asked to contact Oxford OPP.
