Three men were plucked from Lake Erie near Long Point Bay last night after their boat took on water from a large wave and sank.
The Canadian Coast Guard and other emergency services responded to the call about 6:30 p.m.
Norfolk OPP said the men, ages 48, 53 and 54, were floating in the water and were rescued by a nearby fishing vessel.
The men were in a 16-foot vessel …travelling back to shore when a two-metre wave came over the bow.
They were not injured.
