London police say a man found dead below the Blackfriars Bridge early Saturday has been identified as 19-year-old Mathew Magdic of St. Thomas.
Foul play is not suspected, but an investigation continues into the cause and manner of his death.
Magdic was a Fanshawe College student.
Residents in the area are concerned that safety measures on the bridge are not sufficient to prevent what they believed was likely an accident.
Some say incidents of drunk people falling from the bridge have happened before, though it remains unclear if that's what happened in this case.
