Employees at London's Brose plant had to leave the facility for a short time Friday morning due to an odour in the area.

The London Fire Department responded to the scene and Union Gas was called in to investigate.

Employees were let back into the building soon afterward and Union Gas workers soon cleared the area.

Fire officials say there have been other reports of a gas smell in the southwest end of London and Union Gas is investigating.

However, there is no word yet on where the natural gas odour came from.
