London firefighters were called to a home on Grosvenor Street Wednesday evening.
A neighbour reported smoke coming from the front door.
Fire crews entered to find heavy smoke and fire in the basement and on the first floor.
Damage was extensive to the home but there were no injuries.
The London Fire Department has not released the cause of the fire.
