A few treats was all it took to get a dog out of a culvert in the Municipality of Grey Highlands.
Around 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, Grey County OPP received a report of a dog trapped in a culvert on Highway 10 just north of Flesherton.
The German-Shepherd cross dog entered the tunnel but was not able to turn around and exit it.
The Grey Highlands Fire Department attended and removed the sewer grate and coaxed it out with some dog treats.
The dog was not hurt and reunited with her family.
