ST.CATHARINES, Ont. - Four people, including two youths, have been charged after two buildings were set on fire in West Lincoln, near St. Catharines, Ont.

Police say two suspicious vehicles were seen leaving the scene of a house fire that caused roughly $200,000 in damage on Canada Day.

Investigators say they found four people had been at the home, and allege the same group was also linked to another blaze that took place a few days earlier at an abandoned home.

Richard Neutel, 19, of Woodstock, is charged with two counts of arson causing damage to property and one of possession of incendiary material.

Nathan DeHaan, 18, of West Lincoln, is charged with two counts of arson causing damage to property, as are the two youths.

They cannot be named because of their age.
