An early morning fire forced the evacuation of an apartment building in Woodstock.
Police say the top level of the three-storey building was fully engulfed in flames when they arrived.
All of the displaced residents and their pets were placed on a city bus to keep warm as crews battled the blaze.
Damage is estimated between $50,000 to $75,000.
The investigation is ongoing, but the fire is not deemed suspicious.
