Woman dies in car-truck collision east of Sarnia

Provincial police say they began investigating last month after hearing from other law enforcement agencies that drugs were being imported in vehicles shipped to Canada by rail.
SARNIA, Ont. - An elderly woman from Petrolia, Ont., is dead following a crash Monday evening east of Sarnia.
Provincial police say the woman was driving her car (on Mandaumin Road) just before 9 p.m. when it collided with the transport loaded with petroleum coke.
The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Warwick Township man driving the truck was not injured.
The investigation is continuing into the cause of the crash.
The woman's name is being withheld until her relatives are notified.
